Into the dark

I decided to an illustration based on a folk story. In a nutshell, the deeper an individual goes into the  woods they are going further into the forest of death. I wanted to  the unknown in a mysterious way- serene rather than depressing. This watercolor piece with photoshop outlining came out much better than I expected.

As I was Skypeing my friend I decided to draw her. This is the lovable bubbly Amanda;she loves sweets more than me(which is a shocker for me because I AM a waking sweet addict.)When you say a delicious treat her face lights up like a cartoon character. The line i hear come out of her mouth the most is "I am tired." I tease her saying  that all the time!
She had a blast watching me doodle her. But this artwork I actually polished up :)

 I scanned my inked image than colored them on photoshop. My coloring skills are getting waaaaay better then they did several months ago. Yuucckkk

T shirt design

 I was requested to do a college reunion T-shirt design and the theme was Mardi Gras. Limited color palette since it will be screen printed.

Once the consumer receives my pitch idea,there will probably be different typeplacement and sizing. Glad this is done so far because I am finally off to bed. 

Birthday Card Finish

I am back from the dead!!
  Regardless, I still feel dead due to the over load of work and I will be graduating in a couple of months. I finish my dog and it been through a long journey.

This is the back and the front

That dog is such a fluff ball. Its name is Peaches, in honor of a special dog. Its a spoiled dog that gets what its wants,even on your birthday. The real peaches is a girl dog but this one I rather let the viewer decide on the gender :)
